PRICING and FEES

In most cases, our fee for a normal length wedding service is $150.00 per musician.

If we travel outside of the immediate Altoona/Hollidaysburg area, we also charge a travel fee for the driver(s) which is usually in the range of $50-$75 per driver depending on the distance to be traveled.

If the service is a full Catholic mass, and you want us to perform with an organist or with a cantor, special arranging and rehearsal fees will apply and will be quoted on a case by case basis.

We do not normally attend your wedding rehearsal because the order of events and cues at the beginning of a wedding service can be easily discussed via phone or email. If you still want us to attend your rehearsal (depending on our availability), an extra charge will apply.

Cocktail hour or reception music is priced per hour on a case by case basis depending on the amount of layover time between the wedding and the reception.

If special arranging is required for requested songs that are not in our standard repertoire, there may be an additional fee.

If you request a group that uses piano and there is no piano on site, there will be an equipment charge added depending on the amount of equipment we would need to provide. This is usually around $50.00.

If you are in need of a microphone or two for your wedding ceremony, we can supply those for a $50.00 charge (if we are already bringing along the digital piano kit) or $100.00 (if you have booked an ensemble that does not require the digital piano kit).
